Aderholt nominates 9 students to U.S. service academies

WASHINGTON – Recognizing them as representing “the best of Alabama,” U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt announced the nominations of nine high school students from Alabama’s Fourth Congressional District to United States service academies.

The students have demonstrated exceptional academic, athletic, and leadership capabilities, making them well-suited for the rigorous demands of a military education and service, Aderholt’s office said in a news release.

The nominees, their respective academies, hometowns, high schools, and parents are:
