Ardmore Huddle House reopens under new management

ARDMORE — A longtime fixture near Exit 1 of the Ardmore exit on I-65 is cooking once again.
Literally.
Huddle House has reopened and is under new management, the Greater Ardmore Chamber announced.
General Manager Robert Dimock said he hopes the restaurant will “create an environment where the hardworking and vibrant people of Ardmore can feel welcome and comfortable eating while building a work environment that fosters development, opportunities, and compassion.”
Huddle House offers a full menu daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Dimock watched his father George run a business for most of his life, and plans on implementing his most important lesson from his dad: “take care of your people and take care of your customers and they’ll take care of you.”
Assistant Manager Kayla Meagher said the Huddle House is the perfect blend of “hometown” and “road trip.”
She said being close to the interstate gives the staff a chance to extend hospitality to travelers, and being nestled in Ardmore allows them to provide the inviting atmosphere of a small town.
“Huddle House is a place where anyone from anywhere can come in for great food, be greeted by a smiling team, and feel welcome,” she said. “No matter where they are from.”
