BL Harbert International LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, was awarded a $171,506,091 firm-fixed-price contract for the conversion of existing administrative space to a data center, laboratories, and updated administrative space, by the Army, the Department of Defense announced.

According to the notice, reported bids were solicited via the internet with three received. 

Work will be performed in Huntsville with an estimated completion date of April 21, 2028. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $194,861,091.
