ATHENS – As Athens flexes its muscles for growth, a business park that provides flexible uses will be ready early next year.

CBRE is launching Athens Business Park, a flex development at 1651 Jefferson Street  which will be delivered in the first quarter of 2026.

“We are excited to bring this innovative flex space concept to Athens,” said developer Stringer Vogtle of Birmingham’s Vogtle Howell Companies. “Athens Business Park provides a much-needed solution for local entrepreneurs and service providers seeking flexible, high-quality workspaces.”

Jake Parker of CBRE is representing the landlord in lease transactions of the Athens Business Park project. Vogtle spearheaded the project.

According to a news release, Athens Business Park offers versatile workspaces designed to meet the needs of small businesses, tradespeople, and service providers. Individual suites start at 1,000 square feet and include a private office, ADA accessible restroom, 14-foot to 16-foot high ceilings, HVAC, storefront glass entry door, and an oversized roll-up door for easy vehicular access.

Designed for small businesses, Athens Business Park provides flexible lease terms and clear monthly pricing to deliver a seamless, move-in-ready solution.
