HUNTSVILLE – Chef Marc Taft at Co/Op Community Table + Bar is offering a dinner alternative for Christmas Eve that celebrates the festivities of the season without the bustle of cooking dinner for Santa Claus and his crew.

The southern bistro at the Downtown Embassy Suites Hotel has a three-course Christmas Eve dinner Saturday from 5-9 p.m.

Holiday special features includes favorites from Tate Farms – candy roaster squash soup and grilled lamb chops to sous vide beef tenderloin.

Guests may top it off with dessert options including eggnog and chocolate trifle, banana pudding and gingersnap cheesecake.

Reservation are available here.
