Geeks and Nerds Corporation, headquartered in Huntsville, has been awarded a new Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Data Readiness Artificial Intelligence Development (DRAID) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).

The DRAID BOA has a five-year term and carries a potential $241M ceiling for GaN to power DoD by preparing AI data across the full range of DoD AI activities.

GaN’s data engineering services capabilities are significant to the BOA because of its suitability to work the entire AI data preparation lifecycle.

“We are ready to support the JAIC,” said Dr. Jonn Kim, GaN CEO. “There is vast potential to improve the security of our nation by matching good data with modern AI tools. We’re proud to be a part of this critical work that JAIC is spearheading.”

GaN offers innovative technology solutions to the aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors and is one of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Top 100 Small Businesses in America.

GaN currently has more than 160 employees in Alabama, Georgia, Colorado, Arizona, Texas and New York.
