Holland promoted to president of Freedom Real Estate and Capital

HUNTSVILLE — Freedom Real Estate and Capital has chosen a company insider with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry to be its president.

Lee Holland, the former vice president of development and construction for the company, will begin his new role immediately. He will beresponsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, including the development of key initiatives to drive the organization’s continued growth.

“Lee is a proven industry leader and has done an exceptional job enhancing our
development and owner consulting businesses over the past five years,” said Freedom
CEO Bill Roark. “Lee is the perfect fit for Freedom. He understands the value of employee ownership and has the industry experience, skills, and business acumen necessary to build on Freedom’s success and continue its growth trajectory moving forward.”

Holland said he is ready to begin his new duties.

“It has been a privilege to be part of this organization since 2019. I am excited about this new role and what the future holds for Freedom,” he said. “We have a great team and we are positioned for continued success well into the next decade and beyond.”

Holland holds a bachelor of science in construction science from Texas A&M and has served in senior leadership and management roles with several international construction companies.
