Huntsville PD celebrates 10 promotions, strengthening leadership for a safer Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE — Recognized for their leadership and integrity, 10 members of the Huntsville police force were the center of attention at a promotion ceremony in the Huntsville City Council Chambers.

Family, colleagues and community members gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the department’s newest leaders, who together represent decades of service and a continued commitment to public safety in the city of Huntsville.

“These individuals have demonstrated exceptional leadership, integrity and dedication to the Huntsville Police Department,” said HPD Chief Kirk Giles. “We’re proud to see them take the next step in their careers and continue serving our community with excellence.”
