HUNTSVILLE –– A pair of Huntsville veteran-owned companies have come together to provide cutting-edge solutions to the nation’s space and defense programs.
Ignite, a certified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, has acquired Reliant Technologies, also a Huntsville-based, Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, the companies announced Monday.
This strategic acquisition enhances Ignite’s ability to deliver in AI/ML, defense, and space operations, further strengthening their commitment to supporting the Warfighter and government partners.
Ignite is a provider of artificial intelligence/machine learning, multi-domain operations support, electromagnetic spectrum operations, digital transformation, and cyber, space, and programmatic support.
Reliant Technologies specializes in advanced digital system engineering/architecture, software development, and AI/ML solutions for defense and government agencies.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Ignite and brings together two powerful companies committed to technological excellence and advancements in missile defense, artificial intelligence, and space, according to a news release. Reliant Technologies brings valuable partnerships with the Missile Defense Agency, the Army, and NASA.

The acquisition is effective immediately.
