HUNTSVILLE – Recognized for fostering a “culture of generosity,” IronMountain Solutions CEO Hank Isenberg has been named the 2024 Community Philanthropy Award recipient, the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville announced. “Generosity is an investment in the future you wish to see,” said Melissa Thompson, CEO/president of the Community Foundation. “It is such a privilege to  recognize those who have demonstrated a dedication and commitment to  enhancing the quality of life in our community. Hank Isenberg is a force for good  in our community.

‘His generosity has touched every corner of Huntsville and beyond, and it is our privilege to honor him as the recipient of the 2024 Community Philanthropy Award.”

The 15th annual Summit on Philanthropy, hosted Tuesday at the Von Braun Center’s Saturn Ballroom, was a celebration of local generosity. The event included a recognition of previous recipients of the Community Philanthropy Awards and the induction of Isenberg.

“I am sincerely grateful to the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville for their incredible contributions to our community and for this recognition,” Isenberg said. “Receiving this award humbles me, as it truly reflects the support and inspiration, I’ve drawn from those around me.

“I believe that even the smallest acts of kindness can create a significant impact, and I feel privileged to be part of a community that so deeply values generosity.”
