“I am deeply appreciative of the opportunity to work with these young women and to help establish flag football at Northwest Shoals,” said Jeffreys.

Under Jeffreys, the Patriots (1-17) added the program last February and just completed their inaugural season.
“We are truly thankful for Coach Jeffrey’s leadership and working to lay the foundation for our program,” said NWSCC Athletics Director Taylor Franks. “We wish him all the best in the future and look forward to building this sport for young ladies in our community and across Northwest Alabama.”
The search for a new Patriots flag football coach begins immediately, the college said.
