Madison Chamber celebrates Alabama Small Business Awards-winning members

MADISON The Madison Chamber of Commerce celebrated four chamber member businesses that received Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards. The state awards honor small businesses across Alabama for excellence, innovation, and community impact.

“We are incredibly proud of these outstanding businesses,” said Michelle Epling, president of the Madison Chamber of Commerce. “Their accomplishments highlight the strength, innovation, and community spirit that define Madison’s business community. We are honored to celebrate their success at the state level.”

This year, 40 finalists from across Alabama were selected, including three nominated by the Madison Chamber of Commerce – All Things Madison, Woody Anderson of Madison, Cepeda – and one member nominated by the Athens-Limestone County Chamber of Commerce – Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors.

“Congratulations to all of our Madison businesses recognized in this year’s Alabama Small Business Awards. Cepeda, Woody Anderson of Madison, and All Things Madison exemplify the innovation, resilience, and community spirit that drive our local economyk,” said Mayor Ranae Bartlett. “We’re especially proud to see Woody Anderson and All Things Madison earn top-three honors in the state.
“Each of these companies represents the best of what Madison has to offer, and we celebrate their continued success and leadership in Alabama.”
  • All Things Madison
    Bronze Award – 1–10 Employees
    “All Things Madison was honored to be nominated by the chamber for this award and was thrilled to learn that we were a finalist! Receiving the bronze award was gasoline for our creative juices,” said founder Erica DeSpain.” We look forward to continuing to highlight many people and places that make our city exceptional.”
  • Woody Anderson of Madison
    Bronze Award – 11–50 Employees
    “We’re honored to receive the Bronze Level Award at the Alabama Small Business Awards,” said Marketing Coordinator Angelica Hart. “To ultimately place in the top three was a moment our team won’t forget. This recognition means so much because it reflects the heart of what we do — serving and supporting our community.”
  • Cepeda
    Finalist – 51–100 Employees
    “We’re incredibly proud to be recognized as a finalist,” CEO Alice Lessmann. “This is a reflection of our team’s dedication and the mission that drives us every day: to serve our customers with excellence and support the communities that have supported us.     Silver Award – 11–50 Employees
