Madison County sets public test for voting machines

OWENS CROSS ROADS — With the general election coming Nov. 5, Madison County has set a public test of the voting machines for the election, the office of Probate Judge Frank Barger announced.

The test is 8 a.m. Wednesday at the Madison County Elections Management Center, 6921 U.S. 431 in Owens Cross Roads.

The public is invited.

The test is pursuant to the Alabama Electronic Voting Committee Administrative Code Chapter 307-X-1-.04, Barger’s office said.
