Bank Independent has named Monica Inman as the new sales officer at its Moulton Sales Office, the bank announced Tuesday.

A lifelong Lawrence County resident and graduate of Hatton High School, Inman brings 25 years of banking experience to the role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Alabama and has worked extensively in lending and credit.

“Monica’s experience and her deep roots in Lawrence County make her an excellent fit for our Moulton team,” said Bob Thompson, area president for Bank Independent. “She understands the importance of relationships in community banking and brings a level of knowledge and care that aligns perfectly with our mission of serving others.”

During her career, Inman has served as a loan officer, senior loan officer, assistant vice president, senior loan specialist and commercial banking officer. Her background includes agricultural, commercial, residential and consumer lending.

Bank officials said her broad experience positions her to meet the financial needs of individuals, families and businesses across Lawrence County.

The community bank emphasizes relationship-based service and local involvement, with team members residing in and volunteering within the communities they serve.
