NeoSystems hosting CMMC Day with DoD experts at Jackson Center

HUNTSVILLE — Join the greater Huntsville government contracting community Tuesday for all things GovCon during CMMC Day.

The event is 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Jackson Center in Cummings Research Park. It will also be livestreamed from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

NeoSystems, an outsourcer of IT and managed services to the government, is hosting the event. There will be panel discussions featuring industry experts from the DoD, Coalfire, Deltek, Forvis, Holland & Knight and more.

The program features a Q&A session, program updates, success stories, audit preparation insights, discussions surrounding an investment in a robust cybersecurity program, getting compliant, the CMMC assessment process document, and realistic pricing.

The agenda is:

10:35 – 11:25 a.m.
Preparing for Achieving the DIBCAC: Small Business and Enterprise, moderated by Ed Bassett, CISO at NeoSystems.

The discussion will also include Joe Bennett, head of IT and Security at COLSA; John Ellis, director of DIBCAC; Jake Williams, STR; and Matt Travis, president of Cyber AB.

11:45 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.
The Business Decision of CMMC features Stuart Itkin of Coalfire Federal as moderator.

The panel includes Bob Metzger, partner at RJO; Greg Powers, director of Managed Security; Amy Williams, senior director of Proactive Services at BlueVoyant.

1:30 – 2:20 p.m.
MSP, Legal, Pricing, and Cost Management moderated by Chris Knight, VP of Product – Cloud, Compliance, Security at Deltek.
