OneDigital acquires Lyons HR of Florence, extends PEO practice to Southeast

FLORENCE — Lyons HR, a Florence-based professional employer organization (PEO) and HR management company, has been acquired by OneDigital, an insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm based in Atlanta.

Lyons also has locations in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida encompassing more than 15,000 worksite employees. The 76-member Lyons team will continue to serve its clients, the companies said in a news release.

According to the news release, the acquisition allows OneDigital to extend its OneDigital Resourcing Edge PEO solution to its Southeast Region. The program provides employee benefits, retirement plan services, wealth management and property and casualty insurance offerings.
