HUNTSVILLE — Seth Crochet has been promoted to executive vice president, general counsel, for Radiance Technologies.

In his expanded role, Crochet will oversee all legal representation for Radiance Technologies and serve as corporate secretary to the company’s Board of Directors, the company said in a news release.

“I have full faith and confidence in Seth,” said Radiance CEO Bill Bailey. “I have watched him mature from a young lawyer into a responsible corporate attorney who exercises good judgement.”

Crochet brings more than a decade of legal experience to his new position, including Employee Stock Ownership Plan regulatory matters and Employee Retirement Income Security Act compliance, corporate law and governance, employment law, government contracts, and ITAR compliance.

After supporting Radiance’s Contracts group for a year and a half, he transitioned to the role of legal counsel/contracts. He was later promoted to in-house legal counsel, and in 2024, he was promoted to vice president, general counsel.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of West Florida.
