ServisFirst Bank Huntsville announces promotion of 3 team members

HUNTSVILLE – With a “mix of drive, integrity and dedication,” three ServisFirst team members will take over new roles with the bank.

The company has promoted Rachel Guthrie to vice president, credit officer; Elizabeth Feick to vice president, commercial banking officer; and Jonathan Ceci to assistant relationship manager and banking officer.

“Rachel, Elizabeth, and Jonathan each bring a great mix of drive, integrity, and dedication to their roles,” said Andy Kattos, Regional CEO of ServisFirst Bank Huntsville. “We’re proud of how they’ve grown with us, and their hard work continues to make a real impact on our team and the clients we serve across North Alabama.”

  • Rachel Guthrie
Guthrie began her career with ServisFirst Bank in May 2019 as a credit analyst after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Auburn University. She has steadily advanced, being named assistant relationship manager and banking officer in December 2021, and then assistant vice president in June 2023.
“Known for her strong loan structuring skills and proactive support of complex client portfolios, Rachel plays a key role in mentoring analysts and supporting top-performing lenders,” the news release said. In her new role, she will serve as a backup credit liaison to the Birmingham office.
She earned her MBA from the University of North Alabama in July 2022 and is involved in the community through her volunteer work with The CornerStone Initiative and as a member of the Community Bank Partners board.
  • Elizabeth Feick
Feick began her journey at ServisFirst in October 2016 as an intern while attending the University of Alabama in Huntsville and quickly excelled in a full-time credit analyst role. In 2018, Elizabeth earned her MBA and, by November 2021, was promoted to the commercial banking team.
Since then, she has built an impressive commercial & industrial (C&I) portfolio, managing nearly $100 million in deposits and $75 million in loans. “Elizabeth manages many of the bank’s key government contractor relationships and continues to make a significant impact on the Huntsville market,” the release said.
In addition to her banking success, Feick is treasurer of the National Children’s Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors and is on The CornerStone Initiative’s Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville Connect and participates in Huntsville’s inaugural Momentum Upward Class.
  • Jonathan Ceci
Ceci joined the team as a summer and winter intern in 2022 while completing his studies at the University of Alabama, where he graduated summa cum laude in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance. Upon graduation, he joined ServisFirst full-time as a credit analyst and quickly proved himself as a dependable, team-oriented professional.
“Jonathan has been instrumental in underwriting for multiple officers and will now continue to support Jim Holtkamp and Elizabeth Feick as a portfolio manager while expanding his responsibilities in client relations,” the release said.
He was recently selected to participate in Leadership Greater Huntsville’s upcoming Connect Class 28, representing the next generation of business leaders in North Alabama.
