HUNTSVILLE – Boasting a signature menu of nutritious and delicious offerings, it’s only fitting that a restaurant called Grain & Berry is opening on what was once fertile farmland in south Huntsville.
In fact, the health-focused restaurant is bringing its first Alabama location to the Rocket City with a grand opening expected in the spring.
The new store will be in the former Sports Mania space next to Club Pilates in Valley Bend at Jones Farm.

Grain & Berry will serve a wide variety of dishes designed to accommodate diverse dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options, the company said in a news release.
The Huntsville location will feature:

- Fresh Fruit Smoothies: Crafted with whole fruits and blended with almond milk, offering a dairy-free, no-added-sugar option.

- Specialty Toasts: A modern twist on classic toast, available in sweet and savory options for any time of the day.
- Broccoli and Cauliflower Crust Flatbreads and Quesadillas: Plant-forward and flavorful alternatives that deliver on taste and texture.
