The event will bring the wine lovers’ community together for an afternoon of tastings, live entertainment, and fun.

“This event combines the very best of Decatur — award-winning chefs, incredible wines, local arts, and a lively community atmosphere,” said  a spokesman for Maverick Events Alabama. “Whether you’re joining us for the festival, the VIP dinner, or both, it’s going to be a weekend to remember.”

Festival highlights include:

  • 60-plus wines to sample
  • Light hors d’oeuvres
  • Complimentary tasting glass and festival guide
  • Live music
  • Exclusive bottle and case discounts

Each ticket also includes general admission to that weekend’s River Clay Arts Festival.

For groups looking for something special, private grand tents are available. Each tent seats up to eight people and includes a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine, personalized signs and bottled water for each table.

Adding to the atmosphere, a limited VIP Dinner & Wine Pairing Experience will be held Oct. 24. The dinner will take place at a secret location revealed just days before the event.

Guests will enjoy:

  • Champagne upon arrival
  • A four-course meal prepared by four of the best chefs in North Alabama
  • Expertly paired wines with each course
  • One general admission ticket to the Uncorked Decatur Wine Festival and River Clay Fine Arts Festival
