The City of Madison Planning Commission has unanimously approved the site plan for their new Village at Town Madison.

Located on 6.54 acres of property between Stadium Way and Outfield Drive near the Madison Boulevard and Zierdt Road entrance to the Town Madison development, the Village at Town Madison will consist of four commercial buildings with a total square footage of 46,652 square feet.

Sources say the space is designed to include four restaurants with the remaining 25,000 sq. ft. available for commercial and retail space.

Those same sources say site work should be complete in about 90 days with construction starting then. The development expects to open early next spring.
