Women in Missile Defense forum launches in August

HUNTSVILLE — All systems are go for the Women in Missile Defense forum!

Hosted by the Women’s Business Council of the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber and sponsored by Raytheon, the forum will be Aug. 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Von Braun Center.

The WBC offers professional women a platform for networking, mentoring, and leadership development.

The forum recognizes Huntsville as a unique hub of technology whose people are central to the protection of the nation and its allies.

Women in Missile Defense is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate female voices from across the aerospace and defense industries, and the roles they play in the missile defense mission.
