HUNTSVILLE – A school made for the 21st century will break the century mark in the number of students as the academic year begins today.
Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering is welcoming Cohort 5 today, heralding another chapter in the institution’s short history. The incoming cohort has 106 students, representing 56 middle and high schools across the state, contributing to the school’s total enrollment of 367 students.
This year’s cohort includes 79 freshmen, 27 sophomores, and 38% females, showcasing a diverse and talented group of individuals eager to embark on their educational journey in the fields of cyber technology and engineering.
“We are thrilled to welcome Cohort 5 to our campus,” said school President Matt Massey. “Our institution remains steadfast in its promise to equip these exceptional students with the knowledge, skills, and resources essential for success in the rapidly advancing landscape of cyber technology and engineering.”
