Amy Dianne Elmore Downs, 57, allegedly conned people into believing they were contributing to domestic violence victims and homeless people.

Downs, better known as a TikTok influencer under the names of Slot_7.0 or Slotmachinequeen, was charged with seven counts of Charitable Fraud 1st Degree and three counts of Tax Evasion.

“The investigation revealed that between 2021 and 2024, [Downs] solicited donations for a purported charity to aid domestic violence victims and homeless individuals,” a release from the sheriff’s office said. “Downs requested that her followers send funds to her personal PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo accounts, claiming the donations would support the charitable cause. Over several years, Downs received substantial contributions from individuals across the United States and from various countries worldwide.

“During the investigation, it was revealed that no legitimate charity existed under Downs’ name. Further research uncovered that no charity had been registered with the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.”

The statement also noted that despite depositing close to $1 million in her personal bank account, Downs has not reported being employed since 2020, something that quickly drew investigators’ suspicions.

Downs’ bonded out of the Limestone County Jail on Tuesday evening.

Authorities have said the case is still under investigation and that more charges are possible.
