HUNTSVILLE – Huntsville attorney Kimberly B. Martin has been recognized in the 2022 edition of the “LMG Life Sciences” referral guide as a “Life Sciences Star.” She is a product liability partner in the Huntsville office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings.
Martin’s focus is on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation. She has tried cases in state and federal court and has represented multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in litigation across the country.
Martin made the 2022 Top 250 Women in Litigation list in August, highlighting some of the most distinguished women in the legal field.
Also in August, Martin was appointed to a second-consecutive term as chair of the Corporate Compliance and Government Enforcement Action Committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
“LMG Life Sciences” is a handbook of law firms and attorneys whose practices focus on the life sciences industry. It ranks attorneys based on client and peer feedback, an independent review of deal and case highlights, and research data including publicly available information.
Firms cannot pay to appear in the guide.
The “LMG Life Sciences” rankings are posted online here, and the handbook is distributed to select in-house counsel within corporations in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
