Bridge Street Town Centre is expanding its dining lineup with three new restaurants, adding North Italia, Shake Shack and Sweet Paris Creperie & Café to the Huntsville open-air shopping destination.

North Italia will occupy a new 6,700-square-foot restaurant offering an upscale casual Italian dining experience featuring handmade pizzas, fresh pasta and a chef-driven menu. The restaurant is expected to open this winter.

Shake Shack will bring its signature made-to-order 100% Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, Crinkle Cut fries, frozen custard, hand-spun milkshakes and house-made lemonades to a new 3,400-square-foot location. The restaurant is expected to open in 2027.

Sweet Paris Creperie & Café is scheduled to open this fall in a 2,600-square-foot space. The café will offer sweet and savory crepes, waffles, fresh bowls, French-inspired breakfast and lunch items, specialty coffee drinks, mimosas, wine and champagne.

Each of the three restaurants will include outdoor patio seating, joining Starbucks, which opened at Bridge Street last year, in expanding the center’s outdoor dining options.

The new restaurants continue Bridge Street’s recent expansion under Tanger’s ownership, following the openings of Madewell, L.L.Bean and Crocs.

“We continue to cultivate an exceptional mix of brands, dining, and entertainment at Bridge Street that reflects evolving consumer preferences and builds on the strong momentum in the market,” said Maxine Miller, assistant vice president of lifestyle leasing at Tanger. “The addition of North Italia, Shake Shack and Sweet Paris Creperie & Café is a result of our strategic focus on bringing elevated, in-demand dining and social experiences that further position Bridge Street as the top retail destination in the market, designed for long-term growth.”

Since Tanger acquired Bridge Street, the center has also added Alabama’s only LEGO Store, a market-exclusive Warby Parker location and an expanded Apple Store.

Bridge Street Town Centre is home to more than 50 retailers and restaurants, along with office space, hotels, apartments and entertainment venues. The center features national brands including lululemon, Sephora, Anthropologie, Vans and The Cheesecake Factory.
