HUNTSVILLE – Building on a foundation of downtown Huntsville’s dining heritage, One Eleven Bar & Kitchen plans to redefine what it means to dine out in the Rocket City.
Opening at 111 Washington Street in the former Heritage Club space, One Eleven blends high design interiors, a chef-driven menu, and dynamic music programming to deliver a night out that feels as unforgettable as it tastes.
“We’re creating something downtown Huntsville hasn’t seen before,” said Kumar Patel, founder of Power Brands Hospitality Group. “One Eleven is for those who appreciate style, crave quality, and want something that feels both elevated and exciting.
“This is our love letter to Huntsville, and it’s going to turn heads.”
Where high design meets high energy, guests can expect creative spins on classic American fare, infused with global flavors and crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The reimagined venue plays homage to its storied past while boldly charting a new course. The restaurant features 180 seats, including 18 bar seats, two design-forward private dining rooms, a built-in music stage, and sultry interior details like a dramatic glass atrium and custom U-shaped booths made for lingering over late-night sips.
“We’re honoring what came before us, but flipping the script for a new generation,” Patel said. “One Eleven is built to be iconic.”
One Eleven’s name nods to its iconic location, but it stands for much more. The history of the building comes alive through oversized fabric installations that celebrate its past while rewriting the future.
Live music will be central to the experience, with rotating performances that shape the vibe day by day — from smooth piano sets to DJs and full bands.
The restaurant’s two private dining rooms – The Library (for 8–12 guests) and The Heritage Room (up to 24 guests) – are designed for everything from intimate celebrations to lively gatherings.
Now the crown jewel of the Power Brands portfolio – which includes Prohibition, Melt, Phil Sandoval’s, and, most recently Osteria LuCa – One Eleven is the group’s first original concept built specifically for downtown Huntsville and its most exciting venture yet.
New York chef Pat Trama consulted on the menu, bringing elevated approachability and ingredient-driven cooking into every dish.
One Eleven is hiring energetic staff to help bring its vision to life. Applications are open via Indeed, social media (@one.eleven.hsv), and the Contact Us form at www.oneelevenhsv.com.
