HUNTSVILLE – Providing a mix of convenience, connection, and comfort, Bartley Lofts is the latest development to join the downtown Huntsville neighborhood.

Capstone Building of Birmingham has completed construction on the $71 million luxury multifamily development. The developer for the project is Doradus Partners and RCP Companies, both headquartered in Huntsville.

“Bartley Lofts is a prime example of what’s possible when great vision meets expert execution,” said Capstone Building President Brandon Loyd. “We’re grateful to Doradus Partners and RCP Companies for entrusting us with this impressive project.

“It’s been an honor to help bring their vision to life in such a dynamic and growing part of Huntsville.”

Bartley Lofts is on Monroe Street across from Embassy Suites. The development spans 344,000 square feet and includes 273 apartment homes across a six-story, wrap-style building with structured parking and ground-level retail. A mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences features 13 distinct floor plans, blending refined finishes and modern functionality.

Each unit includes chef-inspired kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, smart thermostats, in-unit laundry, and private balconies in select homes.

Property amenities include a resort-style pool with heated spa and outdoor kitchens, a private dining room with entertainment space, coworking lounge, yoga and strength training studio, pet spa, electric vehicle chargers, and a 24-hour fitness center.

The community also features keyless entry, secure package delivery, and controlled access to both the building and parking garage.

Bartley Lofts places residents in the heart of downtown Huntsville — just steps from the Von Braun Center, Big Spring Park, Huntsville-Madison County Public Library, award-winning restaurants, cultural destinations, and major employers.
