Capstone completes ‘resort-style’ single-family rental development in Meridianville

MERIDIANVILLE – To paraphrase a line from a movie classic: They’re coming, so you should build it.

And that’s what a Birmingham general contractor has done with a single-family rental development just north of Huntsville.

Capstone Building announced it has completed the $54 million LEO at Flint Crossing development in Meridianville.

The “resort-style” community has 266 single-family units and features one-, two- and three-bedroom cottage-style and townhome floor plans equipped with high-end finishes and stainless-steel appliances, Capstone Building said in a news release.

In addition to the 266 units, the property offers a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, pool house, three outdoor pavilions and gazebos, a mail kiosk and a maintenance building, the company said.

“LEO at Flint Crossing offers a luxurious living experience, featuring a range of amenities for comfort and leisure,” said Brandon Loyd, Capstone Building’s vice president of project management. “Our partnership with the Advenir Oakley Development team on this successful project reaffirms our dedication to building quality developments.

“We anticipate it becoming a hub for families in the Meridianville area.”

LEO at Flint Crossing is on Patterson Lane, just a short drive north on Memorial Parkway from Huntsville. The property offers residents easy access to nearby services, retailers and attractions such as Colonial Golf Club and the Huntsville Executive Airport.

The project was developed by Advenir Oakley Development, a brand of Advenir Living, a real estate and property management company.

The architect was Nequette Architecture & Design of Birmingham.
