ARDMORE, Tenn. – One of the largest, locally owned, non-franchised real estate companies in the North Alabama market has expanded to Southern Tennessee.

Capstone Realty and the Greater Ardmore Chamber recently celebrated the grand opening of the agency’s office at 26173 Main Street, Ardmore, Tenn.

Capstone Realty started in June 2009 as the real estate market was on the decline. The agency began with 12 agents and a mission to provide unsurpassed service to the community while creating a culture that provides continuing education and integrity among its agents.

Capstone was recently named one of “REAL Trends Nation’s Best Brokerages,” among the top 1% of all brokerage firms in the country.

In 2018, Capstone received the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in the Professional Services category.

In 2019, Capstone was listed on REAL Trend’s “Up-and-Comers” list and on Nextdoor, as one of Huntsville’s Favorites in the Home Services Category.

With nearly 200 agents, Capstone credits its growth to helping the residents of North Alabama and Southern Tennessee with their real estate needs by placing their interests and goals at the heart of their mission.

In 2022, Capstone solidified itself as the largest independent brokerage in the state of Alabama by partnering with Birmingham-based ARC Realty.

While the branding remains separate, the shared leadership, personnel, tools, and technology have created a competitive advantage for agents and clients, the agency said. The two brands will provide agents with a competitive advantage through marketing, technology, and real estate services as well as provide a personalized approach for every client.
