HUNTSVILLE – C. Ryan Christian, an Army veteran, has joined the Bradley Arant Boult Cummings law firm as an associate in the government contracts division.
Christian will advise clients in business mergers, acquisitions, and securities law. He also has senior level experience in government contracts, intellectual property, and technology issues.
Partner Frank M. Caprio praised Christian’s expertise and “out-of-the-box” thinking.

Christian served in Afghanistan and received the Bronze Star and Humanitarian Service Medal. He also served in the JAG Corps as a prosecutor.
As an attorney, he advised executive and senior leaders and provided business advice. Christian also worked to support more than $1 billion worth of products and services for the Department of Defense.
Christian received a bachelor’s from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
