COLSA awarded $10M modification to Navy contract for engineering services

WASHINGTON — Huntsville’s COLSA Corp. received a more-than $10 million modification to a Navy contract, the Department of Defense announced.

According to a news release, COLSA was awarded a $10,183,813 modification to an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus fixed fee, single award contract for engineering services supporting the development, maintenance, interoperability, and operations of the data link tactical tool, gateway systems, and mini-rack systems.

The work will be performed at government facilities in San Diego and Huntsville and is expected to be completed by May 2026, the release said.

Funds will be obligated as task orders are issued using research, development, test and evaluation (Navy); operations and maintenance (Navy); other procurement (Navy); shipbuilding construction (Navy); and Navy Working Capital Funds, the Defense Department said.
