HUNTSVILLE – You’ll soon be able to get some new threads in Huntsville.

Well, Daily Thread, anyway.

The New York-based retailer is opening Friday at Parkway Place.

“Daily Thread is a place to shop where every body is beautiful, and we are excited to introduce you to your new favorite store,” Robin Putnam, vice president of operations, said in a news release.

The store mixes established brands and its own private labels, while emphasizing size inclusivity that ranges from petite to extended sizes. Daily Thread also offers customer service that’s more in line with that of a traditional boutique than other discount retailers.

“We offer affordable fashion everyday with consistent newness in product that will bring you back multiple times a week,” said President Carmen Wamre. “I have a team of fun and friendly associates to assist you.

“You won’t find our level of customer service anywhere else in specialty retail.”

The Daily Thread’s grand opening is 11 a.m. Friday. The store is on the lower level near center court.
