Huntsville law firm Dentons Sirote welcomed Timothy Pittman to the firm’s Real Estate and Litigation practice groups as of counsel in the Huntsville office.
Pittman has practiced law in Alabama for nearly 17 years and is experienced in complex commercial real estate transactions, including property development and financing. He is also experienced in business and civil litigation and appeals for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.
His other areas of focus include foreclosure and mortgage default; landlord/tenant negotiations; and representing lenders in bankruptcy proceedings.
He is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
