EOD Gear to help provide thermal fingerprint tech to US

HUNTSVILLE – Huntsville-based EOD Gear has joined Norway’s NEXT Biometrics to provide NEXT’s Active ThermalTM biometric fingerprint products to the federal government.

EOD Gear is a GSA-certified provider of high-tech tactical gear and security solutions to the government. The company also recently received its ISO-9001 certification.

“We are excited to work with NEXT Biometrics to bring their cutting-edge technology to government agencies, and we look forward to a long and successful partnership,” said Steve Cassidy, CEO of EOD Gear.

NEXT Biometrics is a fingerprint sensor technology provided and has recently become a GSA-certified supplier.
