MADISON – Atlanta-based Floor & Décor literally grew its national retail footprint in the hard-surface flooring sector in Alabama with its Madison grand opening.
The store, which opened Tuesday in the Promenade Madison shopping center on U.S. 72 and Hughes Road, is the company’s first warehouse and design center store in the area.
A Pro VIP open house event welcomed builders, contractors, architects, designers, remodelers, flooring installers and Realtors.
The store has about 50 full-time and part-time associates led by Chief Executive Merchant Zachary Hall.
“We are excited to introduce both professional customers and homeowners to our one-stop solution for their flooring needs,” Hall said. “We have an extensive selection of in-stock, trend-right flooring options, and offer unmatched service and quality flooring at unbeatable prices.”
He said building relationships with local professionals is important to Floor & Décor at all its stores but especially with a warehouse store.
“Their success is our success,” said Hall. “The store tours and giveaways gave us a chance to support our community and tell them about our Pro Premier Rewards and all the benefits it can bring to their business.”
The grand opening celebration runs through July 17 with contests and giveaways. Customers can register – in person or online – to win a $5,000 Floor Makeover. Other prizes include gift cards, and four “Rock the South” general admission tickets.
On May 20, the first 200 visitors in line, ages 18 and older, can compete for a chance to win $1 million and other prizes.
