Brooke Bell named executive director of South Huntsville Main Business Association

HUNTSVILLE — A longtime South Huntsville resident has been named to guide the South Huntsville Main Business Association.

Brooke Bell, a 22-year resident of South Huntsville, is bringing more than two decades of experience in financial services, business development, and community outreach to the position of executive director.

Her professional background includes strategic lending, team leadership, and small-business relationship development — skills that align closely with SHMBA’s mission to support and strengthen South Huntsville’s economic vitality.

“We are excited to welcome Brooke into this role,” said Board President Brandi Quick. “Her knowledge of the South Huntsville business community and her passion for building meaningful partnerships will help guide our district’s continued growth.”

Bell is a familiar face within the organization, serving as a volunteer and then on the SHMBA board for four years including president in 2023. Her leadership experience, combined with her long-standing commitment to the district, provides valuable continuity as SHMBA continues to expand its programs and business support initiatives.

As executive director, she will oversee member engagement, business support services, district-wide programming, community partnerships, and initiatives aligned with Main Street Alabama’s Four-Point Approach.
