HUNTSVILLE — The Huntsville Botanical Garden will host its second annual Garden Soirée next week.
The fundraiser, presented Sept. 13 by PNC, hopes to nearly $100,000 to support the Garden’s mission of providing a healthy lifestyle.
“The Garden Soirée is unlike any other event that we host at the Garden,” said Annette Alexander, vice president of advancement. “Guests have the unique opportunity to share an elegant evening out in the Garden, under the stars, all while supporting the work that we do.
“It really is an enchanting and meaningful experience.”
The event includes cocktails, a three-course dinner by Huntsville chef James Boyce, and an auction.
“After a successful inaugural event in 2021, we are very excited for the second year of the Garden Soirée,” said CEO Sue Wagner. “This event helps make possible our efforts in STEM education, plant conservation, visitor experiences and more.
“It is our chance to share the work we are doing with the community and invite them to get involved in an authentic, impactful way.”
The Huntsville Botanical Garden contains diverse ecosystems that are fun to explore, from grassy meadows to woodland paths, aquatic habitats to stunning floral collections. The Garden invites guests of all ages to discover the beauty and wonder of the natural environment.
