GoNetSpeed completes construction on Attalla high-speed fiber network

ATTALLA — With construction completed, more than 1,800 residents and businesses throughout Attalla have access to 100% fiber internet, GoNetspeed announced Wednesday.

Residents will now experience high-speed, symmetrical upload and download internet speeds directly from their home or business, the company said in a news release. With access to GoNetspeed’s symmetrical internet, customers can upload online, just as fast as they can download, creating a seamless online experience every day.

“With construction complete in Attalla, the community is now equipped with an infrastructure that will support their continued growth and economic development,” said Richard Clark, GoNetspeed president and CEO. “Being powered by future-proof fiber internet creates the opportunity for Attalla to compete with other communities throughout the state, improving retention.

“We are thrilled to equip Attalla with 100% fiber internet and look forward to seeing their future success.”

To confirm service availability and to sign up for installation, residents and businesses should visit gonetspeed.com.
