Huntsville approves two phases of 2025 road resurfacing projects

HUNTSVILLE — The city has approved the final two phases of road resurfacing and improvement projects in the 2025 fiscal year budget.

Rogers Group was awarded the bids for Phases 2 and 3 that will include resurfacing projects on residential streets.

Whitworth Concrete Works was awarded the bid for Phase 2 concrete and ADA upgrades and Lambert Contracting was awarded the bid for Phase 3.

About 100 residential streets are part of Phases 2 and 3.

The 2025 budget includes more than $20 million altogether for road resurfacing projects.
