Huntsville City Council approves $20M for road resurfacing projects

HUNTSVILLE — Residents will soon be driving on smoother Huntsville city streets.

The City Council approved three contracts for roadwork projects in the fourth phase of the 2025 fiscal year resurfacing budget.

Grayson Carter & Sons Contracting LLC was awarded the bid for asphalt and construction projects. Rogers Group will resurface residential streets while Lambert Contracting LLC is charged with concrete and ADA upgrades.

About 50 residential streets are included in the fourth phase. For a list of the projects, click here.
