HUNTSVILLE — The playoff journey of Huntsville City FC continues Saturday with a stop in the City of Brotherly Love.

The Boys in Blue are taking on Philadelphia Union II in the MLS NEXT Pro Eastern Conference semifinal; kickoff is set for 5 p.m. CT.
For fans who can’t make the trip to Philadelphia, Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium will host a playoff watch party, with the match broadcast on the big screen inside the stadium.
Before kickoff, fans are encouraged to attend Fan Fest 2025, a free admission event taking place from 2–7 p.m.
“There will be deep merchandise discounts (up to 75%) and kids can play on the pitch,” said Chad Emerson, HCFC’s director of business operations.
The celebration will also include $5 Yellowhammer draft beers, giveaways – including a signed jersey and soccer ball, and appearances from Marshall the Cosmic Goat.
The festivities will continue through the end of the match, creating a full day experience for fans in the Rocket City to rally behind the Boys in Blue.
A Huntsville City win would secure a spot in the Eastern Conference Final. Then, if Chicago Fire FC II wins its semifinal match, the Boys in Blue would host a first-ever playoff match at Wicks Family Field.
“If Chicago wins, we will host the following Sunday,” Emerson said. “We’re going to do what we can to make that happen.”
