HUNTSVILLE – PPT Solutions is the clubhouse leader in two categories as the 2024 Huntsville Heart Walk approaches. But those two leads are not insurmountable. There’s time to close the deficit for those near the top.
Entering today, the American Heart Association’s leaderboard showed PPT Solutions out front in both the company and team divisions, with Debbie Overcash pacing individual entrants, among Outstanding Fundraisers.
Meanwhile, on the Move More Challenge Leaderboard, Colsa and Wellness Walkers lead the company and team divisions, respectively.
The same scoreboard also showed the Huntsville Heart Walk’s goal of raising $550,000 is only $28,713.85 short entering Saturday’s event at Big Spring Park. Registration is at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 a.m. The course is roughly 3.1 miles.

According to the American Heart Association, the walks promote “ways to boost physical and emotional health. Joining the Heart Walk is a great way to socially connect and get moving – all while making a great impact in our community and saving lives.”
