Huntsville native Marcie Glover named marketing director at Bridge Street Town Centre

HUNTSVILLE – Like many people in the area, Marcie Glover shopped at Bridge Street Town Centre and saw it change over the years.

Now, the Huntsville native gets a chance to be an integral part of the changes and happenings at the shopping complex as Bridge Street’s new marketing director.

“Growing up near Huntsville, I’ve watched Bridge Street Town Centre evolve since its grand opening,” said Glover, who graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. “It’s incredibly rewarding to now be part of the team that continues to shape its story and connection to the community.”

In her role, Glover will lead strategic marketing efforts to drive traffic, enhance the guest experience and elevate the visibility of Bridge Street Town Centre through dynamic events, sponsorships and media opportunities, the company said in a news release.

She will also play a key role in supporting retail partners and fostering meaningful connections within the Huntsville community.

With more than a decade of experience in marketing and business strategy, Glover brings a proven track record of success working with more than 200 clients across industries including retail, entertainment, technology, healthcare and hospitality.

“Marcie brings an exceptional combination of strategic vision, creativity and local insight,” said Lauren Krumlauf, Tanger’s Regional Vice President of Field Marketing. “Her extensive experience in brand storytelling and customer engagement, coupled with her deep roots in Huntsville, make her the perfect leader to strengthen Bridge Street Town Centre’s position as a go-to destination for shopping, dining and entertainment.”

Prior to joining Bridge Street Town Centre, she served as senior director of marketing and media at Symphony Talent and director of marketing and strategic operations for a national marketing and consulting agency, as well as a global healthcare and pharmaceutical company.

Her diverse client portfolio has included Mall of America, Home Depot, Comcast, T-Mobile, Oracle, Dick’s Sporting Goods, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Amazon, Netflix and Cleveland Clinic.

A Tanger property, Bridge Street features more than 50 unique-to-market brands and specialty stores including Lego, Lululemon, Connors Steak & Seafood, Sephora, The Cheesecake Factory, Warby Parker, and Anthropologie.
