RESTON, Va. – Stoneridge Homes is now Evermore Homes as the Virginia-based company brings its four builder brands under one roof.

The Huntsville builder joins companies in Arizona, Georgia and Tennessee in the transition which is expected to be finalized this fall.

As of Thursday, the unified Evermore Homes brand will encompass some 3,900 homesites in 46 communities across the four states.

Merging all four companies was a strategic decision aimed at enhancing the customer experience and simplifying operations for continued growth, Evermore Homes said.

“Our strategy has always been centered around acquiring builders known for the highest quality of craftsmanship and exceptional customer service,” said CEO Lee Darnold. “However, managing processes and experiences across multiple builder brands can be operationally complex.

“Today’s milestone demonstrates our commitment to simplifying the home shopping process for our customers and maximizing the style and livability of the homes they’ll live in for years to come. We are incredibly excited about this development.”

In conjunction with the brand unification, Evermore Homes has plans to introduce all-new home designs in their existing communities, including Huntsville.

The designs will be unveiled this year and will prioritize livability and value and include design elements that elevate the lives of homeowners, the company said.
