‘Key suspects’ arrested in Memphis in abduction case of Huntsville man

HUNTSVILLE – Two key suspects sought by Huntsville police in the abduction case of Ronald Leslie Dumas Jr. were arrested Tuesday in Tennessee, the Huntsville Police Department said today.

Quintarius Shikelion White and Kierra Symone Clark, both of Memphis, were taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Memphis Police Department, according to a Huntsville Police Department news release.

White, 32, is wanted for first-degree kidnapping and Clark, 27, is wanted for conspiracy to commit kidnapping, the news release said .

HPD worked with the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force in the investigation.

Police said there are still three people wanted in connection with the case:

  • Toure Laron McLaurin, 33, of Memphis, is wanted for first-degree kidnapping
  • Sabrina Rochelle Chambers, 27, of Huntsville, is wanted for first-degree kidnapping
  • Carissa Cash, 33, of Memphis, is wanted for first-degree receiving stolen property

Police ask that anyone who recognizes or encounters these individuals to report their whereabouts immediately to local law enforcement. Anyone with information should contact Investigator Gregory Hayden at 256-427-5485 or provide an anonymous tip by calling 256-532-7463.

The investigation is continuing and police said additional charges may follow as more information emerges.
