Koniag awarded contract to modernize USASAC operations

CHANTILLY, Va. — Koniag Government Services was recently awarded a contract from the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command at Redstone Arsenal to modernize the command’s IT operations.

KMS will deliver an enterprise-driven approach to enable USASAC meet its IT modernization objectives, while also ensuring compliance with Army and Defense Security Cooperation Agency standardization/modernization policies for IT infrastructure, lifecycle, security and sustainment requirements.

“KGS is delighted to be awarded this contract by the United States Army Security Assistance Command in Huntsville… and look forward to working with them in fulfilling these critical efforts,” said KGS CEO Kevin Wideman.

KGS is a subsidiary of Koniag Management Solutions, an Alaska Native corporation. Headquartered in Chantilly, Va., the company has offices at Redstone Gateway in Huntsville.
