Legal Eagle: Bradley partner Kimberly Martin named to Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation

HUNTSVILLE — Kimberly B. Martin, a partner in the Bradley Arant Boult Cummings law firm, has been named to the Top 250 Women in Litigation list. The annual listing, published by Benchmark Litigation, highlights some of the most distinguished women in the legal field.

Benchmark selects litigators based on a review of their recent case work, how attorneys at peer legal institutions rank them, and client feedback on their performances.

Martin focuses on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation.

She has represented multinational pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in litigation matters across the country.
