Madison Crossings independent living and memory care community opens

MADISON — Madison Crossings, an independent living and memory care community, has officially opened. Just 10 miles from downtown Huntsville at 11260 County Line Road, the community has been accepting tenants since April.

Operated by Phoenix Senior Living, Madison Crossings offers 105 independent living apartments and 27 memory care residences.

The resort-style community’s amenities including an outdoor pool; wellness center; industry-leading dining experience; pub; beauty salon and spa; yoga studio; outdoor pickleball and bocce ball courts.

Madison Crossings is the 10th Alabama property under the Phoenix Senior Living brand, said Phoenix Senior Living CEO Jesse Marinko.

Phoenix Senior Living, a commercial real estate development and investment firm, works in partnership with KIRCO, an investor and developer of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. Phoenix also has a construction arm called KIRCO MANIX that helps design and build senior living communities, including Madison Crossings.
