HUNTSVILLE — Longtime executive Ted Martin recently joined MartinFederal Consulting as executive vice president of federal solutions, the company announced.

“Having been a part of the federal contracting industry for over 30 years, I’ve seen firsthand the impressive ways in which MartinFed invests in its people, community, and technical capabilities to advance the missions of its customers,” said Martin. “As the company continues to experience rapid growth, I’m thrilled to join their high-performing team and contribute to their ongoing success and commitment to excellence in serving its people, partners, and customers.

“For me and my family, this opportunity checks all the work/life fulfillment boxes, and we are excited and humbled to be a part of the exceptional MartinFed team.”

Martin most recently served as vice president in the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit of Parsons Federal Solutions. He also held executive positions with Colsa, including senior vice president for systems and software engineering.

“We are thrilled to add someone of Ted’s broad experience, business acumen, and leadership skills to the MartinFed team,” said David Mathis, president and CEO of MartinFed. “Ted’s stellar reputation and proven ability to provide valuable solutions to federal customers are second to none.”

Martin will focus on developing and executing MartinFed’s growth strategy by converging capabilities into integrated solutions for federal customers.

“Ted will be instrumental in ensuring MartinFed’s solution delivery to our existing customers, while also seeking new opportunities and strategic alliances to further support the safety and security of our nation,” said Chief Growth Officer Matthew Schmitz.
